We're participating in the Veuve Clicquot Burger Challenge, called on to create our own unique burger that pairs perfectly with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.

Meet the Sticky Hoisin Duck Burger, inspired by Veuve Clicquot's distinct yellow and dreamed up to star the humble egg and its bright yellow yolk. Featuring a brioche bun, homemade hoisin glaze, confit duck, mesclun lettuce, coriander, red onion, julienne carrot, spring onion, white sesame seed, completed with a fried egg sunny side up and a side of fries.
